GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

Article 1 - The Company These terms and conditions govern the sales by the micro-enterprise Sintive, registered under the SIRET number 981 104 755 00013, with its registered office located at: 39 Rue Saint-Lambert, 75015 Paris, France. Article 2 - Prices The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI (French General Tax Code). Sintive reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 3 - Orders You can place an order on our website: https://sintivebrand.com. Any order confirmation entails your full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

Article 4 - Payment Validating your order implies the obligation on your part to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via PayPal through the secure Shopify Payments system.

Article 5 - Withdrawal and Returns For orders shipped within the European Union: In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories). In this context, your liability is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

For international orders (Outside the EU): Please note, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders shipped outside the European Union (United States, Switzerland, Japan, etc.). All sales shipped outside the EU are final.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND PARCEL REFUSAL Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and administrative fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the exclusive responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. By validating their order, the customer agrees to accept the delivery of the parcel and to pay all potential customs fees and taxes. Any refusal to pay these fees, or refusal of the parcel upon delivery, will be considered a voluntary refusal of the order by the customer. In this case:

  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Return shipping costs, customs, storage fees, and any fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the parcel is abandoned, destroyed, or not returned to the sender, no refund can be claimed.

We recommend that customers inquire about any applicable customs fees before placing an order. By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions.

Article 6 - Delivery The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process or to a pick-up point depending on the chosen option. The delivery time corresponds to the shipping time indicated on the product page, plus the processing and transit time.

Article 7 - Applicable Law The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
