Order Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union (United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Switzerland, etc.), customs duties and import taxes may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country. These additional charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
